After you fill out the form(s), you will total your dues with sections, donations, and other items. Please make your check payable to the Tulsa County Bar Association and mail it to our office at: 1446 S Boston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74119-3612.
After we process your application, we will send you a confirmation email. At that time, you can set up your online profile. If you have questions, contact TCBA Membership Director, Kelly Smith, at 918-584-5243 ext. 1001 or kellys@tulsabar.com.
COURTHOUSE BADGES
To purchase or renew a courthouse badge, please pay your membership badge fee and return your signed and notarized oath. We will then mail you the receipt, or you may schedule a time to pick it up from our office. You MUST take this PURPLE receipt with you to the Sheriff’s Office Public Services Unit (Tulsa County Headquarters Building) to get your new badge made. You must get a new badge every year.
NOTE: If you misplaced or lost your badge, or if it was stolen, DO NOT contact the TCBA for another receipt or to replace it. You will need to complete a police report from the county you reside. You will then take the Report number to the TCSO office to request a replacement badge. Only one replacement badge will be issued, and you will pay a $25 replacement fee, as determined by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.
Tulsa County residents can file their report with TPD at https://www.tulsapolice.org/makeatulsapolicereport --> Crime Report --> Lost Property for the loss, misplacement, or theft of my access badge.
